Dario Cordon - Argentina

Dario was born July 9th, 1982 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This 26 year old young man from Italian and Spanish descent has studied intensely in several countries in the South American continent in order to fulfill his most precious dream: TO BE A FULLY REALIZED ARTIST.
Simple, charismatic, and very likeable, this actor, singer and voice over specialist will not spare any expenses in his quest to reach his ultimate goal of being a STAR. He never hesitates to travel anywhere to study with the best.

Brief Description of his life

In 1998: Went on vacation to Mexico and managed to join CONCEPTS (a center for vocal education for the Televisa TV Company in Mexico) where stars such as Kabah, Garibaldi and Mestizzo, among others, have come from.

In 2000: Moved to Miami, FL and for a year and a half he took singing lessons from Mr Nicolas Tovar. He also joined the band known as “Los Fantasmas” (the phantoms) a choreographic and pop band that broke up for different reasons when their first album came out.

In 2003:In Mexico, he took a small roll in the teen soap opera called “Clase 406” (class 406) for a few episodes as an extra posing as a student.

In 2004: Traveled to Valencia, Spain, where he visited his uncles and used that time to take a break and decide the course of his career.

In 2005: Back in Mexico, he performed again as an extra for the teen soap opera “REBELDE” (Rebel).

In 2007: Went to Argentina and lended his voice to double a few commercials and then took acting classes with Nestor Zacco. He made a small contribution to the movie “Rumbo X” (tourism and adventure show) carried via Satellite by Argentinisima.

In 2008: He recorded a demo along side his idol known as Chino Asencio and started to perform for private shows (weddings and such) he also took part in a very important and public event known as Argentina´s 30th anniversary celebration for the fans of Menudo in the Colonial Theater.

In 2009: He managed to be selected to represent Argentina in “Batalla de las Americas”.

1. Do you like to sing in the shower? And if so, what songs do you sing?

Yes, Sabor de Melon (Melon Flavored), by Garota de Ipenema (band)

2. If you could trade places with somebody, who would you do it with?

The security ministry, I wish I could improve security services in my country.

3. When you were a kid, what would you do to make your mother angry?

I got lost, something that I still enjoy doing

4. What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?

One time I went to see a play in the local theater and I got there pretty late. When the first act started I said to my friends “I don’t understand a thing”. Then, I can hear a voice to my side that says “What don´t you understand? I would love to explain it to you, I´m the author of this play”

5. What are you most afraid of?

A character called “Chacal” (The Jackal) in the TV show “sabado gigante”. When he sounds his trumpet, you need to get off the stage

6. What was one of the happiest times in your life?

Right now

7. Did you have a nickname when you were a kid? And what was it?

Da and Casper

8. If you could ask for one wish, what would it be?
